Volunteer – Trustee

Trustee – Being responsible for the direction and governance of the organisation.

The Role involves:

• Ensuring the Organisation is working within its Governance and following legal and financial requirements.
• Leadership – supporting the staff team and the growth of the organisation.

Experience/Skills required

• We are looking for volunteers who may have extensive experience and have some spare time as well as those people who need to develop their skills and confidence.
• Literacy, Numeracy and Basic ICT skills.
• Good communication skills.
• If you have a specialism in Law, Finance, Education, Mental Health, Social Care, HR we would be very interested in hearing from you.

Requirements
We require volunteers to undergo DBS and comply to policies and procedures. 4 meeting per year plus the AGM and any additional sub-committee meetings.
